FDE now offers all customers a VAT-specification per e-mail. The VAT-specification will be sent as required or automatically at specific times. The specification contains information of the VAT-amounts, which FDE has applied for in the different countries and with expected times of refund of the VAT-amounts.

In order for you to be able to receive the necessary VAT-information FDE will send you a small program, which must be installed on your computer. This ensures a flexible, fast and secure treatment of inquiries. To register please approach your contact person at FDE.

Besides the above FDE has planned a number of targeted initiatives to provide our customers with the best possible service. It is for instance now possible to obtain information regarding the VAT rules in the different countries through the internet. This service is, however, reserved for our customers. In addition to this we will 4 times a year send a news letter to all customers containing among other things information of changes in VAT rules, new refund possibilities, changes in times of refund etc. We hope that the new initiatives will be of benefit to all our customers.
