Applications
Usually applications must be written in the language of the country, for which the permit is needed, and the authorities, to which applications must be addressed, vary from one country to another.

In one country it may be the police, as in Denmark, or it may be other authorities, as for instance in Germany.

In countries, which are divided into regions, applications must usually be sent to the region, where the transport starts.

In some countries it is also necessary to have a separate permit in cases where a transport starts or ends in the capital.
